Booking - Terms & Conditions
1.Unless otherwise agreed the villa will be rented on a weekly basis with rentals starting on a
Wednesday.
2.Prices are based on 4 sharing. An additional charge of £50.00 per person, per week, will be
made up to the maximum occupancy of 6.
3.A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking.
4.Bookings will be confirmed by the owner in writing, or by e-mail, upon receipt of the deposit.
5.The balance of monies is due six weeks before the start of the rental, except when condition
6 applies.
6.Where the booking is made with less than 4 weeks notice, the full rental will be due on
confirmation of booking.
7.Cancellations will be charged at the following rates:
•4 weeks or more notice :deposit only
•Less than 4 weeks notice:25% of total cost
•Less than 3 weeks notice:50% of total cost
•Less than 2 weeks notice:75% of total cost
•Less than 1 weeks notice:100% of total cost
The cancellation date will be defined as the date upon which we receive written/e-mailed
notice.
8.A refundable deposit of £100.00 will make up part of the invoice and will be refunded to the
client at the end of the rental period assuming that no damages or breakages have occurred.
9.The villa will be available from 3.00pm on the first day of the rental period (unless otherwise
agreed beforehand).
10.The villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of the rental period (unless otherwise
agreed beforehand).
11.No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
12.Furnishings and fittings must be left in a similar condition to that in which they are found
upon arrival. In the event of damage or loss, the client will be responsible for the cost of any
repair or replacement.
13.Any breakages and/or damage that does occur should be notified immediately to the agent.
14.The owner, or their agent, reserve the right to inspect the property during the rental period.
Any inspection will be by prior appointment with the client.
15.The client undertakes not to disturb the peace of the neighbourhood and, in particular, noise
should be kept to an acceptable minimum between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am.
16.The rent is inclusive of standard utilities (electricity and water). Clean bed linen and towels
are provided on a weekly basis. Towels not to be used as beach towels or taken out of the
villa.
17.By placing a booking you are confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions set out
above. Upon receipt of the final balance for your holiday we will send you final confirmation of
your booking and provide further details about the villa, our agent and for how to obtain keys.
